KICKOFF MEETING

Your project management process starts off with a kickoff meeting that brings you together with your new best friend, your TEL Systems Project Manager. This meeting is meant to connect the entire team working on your project to review the scope and expected timelines. It makes for a great start to every audiovisual design or installation project.

PLANNING

Your TEL Systems Project Manager is in charge of creating your project timeline, which requires coordinating project activities in conjunction with your ongoing business activities and expectations for completion. In the planning phase, your audiovisual project management team aims to minimize risk and set you up for success.

PROJECT EXECUTION

When the time comes to put your plans into action, your TEL Systems project management team guides the work for CAD, rack build, programming, onsite installation, testing and training. Your project execution should be seamless, on budget, and on schedule. Your project management team makes it happen.

CUSTOMER TRAINING

One of the most important pieces of audiovisual system design is making sure that it is functional. After all, why invest in an audiovisual project for your business if the end-users can’t be productive with the installed system? That’s why we offer training on all systems, to ensure our work for you is useful.

TEL Systems is proud to provide our clients with a One (1) year Workmanship Warranty. Once your audiovisual and/or unified communication system is realized, TEL Systems service department is dedicated to helping you with anything you need along the way. Be sure to ask your account manager about our service & support agreements to provide regular maintenance of your audiovisual investment.
